Setting up pop access for gmail
I've just done that for my gmail account - hooray - by following these instructions. Not that it actually works yet, because pop.gmail.com doesn't like accepting my connection. Odd.
You need to enable it from the gmail side (follow these instructions).
And yes, I'm back in email contact, trying to put out fires all over the internet. Fun stuff, this!
